Karen Lascelle , CPA, CVA, CFE

Ms. Lascelle  is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Hampshire. She specializes in business valuation and expert witness services and received her Certified Valuation Analyst license in 2011. In addition, Karen has extensive experience providing individual and corporate income tax planning and review, business development, business management and consulting, and financial statement reviews. Having been in public accounting for 18 years, Karen spent 7 of those years as managing partner of a firm just outside of Concord, NH. Karen is an adjunct professor with the University of Phoenix and Southern NH University, teaching managerial accounting, forensic accounting.

Education

Ms. Boulay received her Bachelor Degree in Business Studies with a concentration in Accounting and her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Southern New Hampshire University.

Professional Memberships

Karen holds membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants (NHSCPA), and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and is serving as Chair in her third of a three year term on the NACVA Valuation Credentialing Board (VCB).

Community Service

She  currently the Sergeant at Arms of the Nashua West Rotary Club and will be their Vice President for the upcoming fiscal year. She serves as treasurer of the Rotary West Ribfest committee, and the Penacook Assisted Living Foundation as a Board member and Audit & Finance Committee member.
