Jason E. Cole, CPA, Esq.

Jason serves as General Counsel to Catholic Medical Center.  Prior to joining Catholic Medical Center, Jason was a Shareholder at the law firm of Devine, Millimet & Branch, Professional Association practicing corporate, tax, mergers and acquisitions, non-profit and healthcare law.  Prior to going to law school, Jason was an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers and an Assistant International Controller at the State Street Corporation.  Jason is a graduate of Suffolk Law School, has earned an MS/MBA from the Northeastern University Graduate School of Professional Accounting and a BA from Colgate University.  In addition to his time with the NHSCPA, Jason is a member of the Board of Directors of Granite United Way.
